How far is the beach and local village?
The villas are located in Kalamitsi. The village center is a 5-minute drive, and the world-famous Egremni beach is approximately 10 minutes away.
Is a car rental necessary?
Yes, due to our exclusive hillside location providing 180° views, we highly recommend a rental car for ease of access and exploring Lefkada.
Is the WiFi suitable for remote work?
Yes. Every villa is equipped with dedicated high-speed WiFi, providing stable connectivity throughout the estate.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Is the pool heated?
Yes! Each villa features a private heated infinity pool that can be used comfortably throughout the season.
Do you provide airport transfer?
We can arrange airport transfers upon request. Aktion Airport (PVK) is approximately 45 minutes from the villas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Please contact us for detailed terms and conditions.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
During peak season (July-August), there is a minimum 7-night stay. During other months, we have a 3-night minimum.
